I cannot fault them

I have been using IVC for about a year. Not only were their charges for original parts and labour charges very competitive. Customer service was 100%. Ability to book in within a few days not weeks as with the main dealer. Decades of joint knowledge on Audi VW cars. Recent experience....as I travel some distance I combine the visit with dog waking along the canal. Dogs returned caked in mud. Steve and Graham provided buckets of hot water and soap to clean them off before travelling on. That is what I consider excellent customer service. I cannot fault them.
