Took my A4 to IVC for some essential repairs, top job done. I trust IVC with my car and won’t let anyone else work on it 10/10
Great service provided to undertake a repair on my VW ID3.
Vehicle SOS system fault diagnosed by Vertu VW in Leeds, with warning lights on the dashboard. I understand this is a common fault on ID3’s but VW deny it to avoid a recall.
Vertu advised a warning system battery replacement was needed at a cost quote of £600, despite the battery being for sale on Amazon at c.£80.
Now he’s the great thing. LVC quoted me less than £400 to do the job, however when I took the car in they re-diagnosed it and repaired the fault without the need for a replacement battery. Cost £113.
This demonstrates great honesty alongside expertise and service.
Highly recommend, stay away from the main dealer….

Fixed an sos fault on my T6.1 within a few minutes. JCT charged £115 without correctly diagnosing the issue and wanted to replace the battery at nearly £500.
Top class service. Would recommend and use again.
